Weโ€™re an all-rounded and varied construction service allowing clients to choose how and how much they require us to deliver. We can cater to anyone who may need us, whether thatโ€™s a private individual/homeowner with little or no construction experience, or an established fellow construction professional or construction business.

We can carry out both consultancy and contracting or both together side-by-side, either as a secondment, supplement, or a pure independent body.

  • Forecasting (Cost to Completes - Cost Value Reconciliations): Allowing close monitoring of a project running account, comparing expenditure against budget, tracking & forecasting of margins

  • Final account submissions, negotiation & claims, retention release

  • Fund Monitoring: Protection of borrowed funds throughout a projects life cycle through concise site checks & reporting

  • Programming of works: Transparency of time on a projects life cycle, works sequencing, scheduling, and coordination of contractors

  • Management of sub-contractors/consultants

  • Inspection of works, valuation site visits & reports, quality control, progress checks

  • Collation & submission of completion documentation & certification

  • Snagging and defects management: Flagging & recording of issues as they occur/towards project completion to enable them to be rectified to allow expectations from the initial project brief to be met
